1 week take jab? -___- where you buy Max? Who breeder so irresponsible? 1 week is toooooo early..

I heard the Fitness back in Mid Valley event. This is a so so food for me (Only the Fitness, not the normal one. The normal nova trainer is bad). But it is great to see a rabbit meat product in Malaysia biggrin.gif Great news for dog with meat protein allergy. However, I would advice you not to take the exotic range of meat protein. Go with the normal one first, chicken, lamb, turkey those.. Keep duck, rabbit, kangaroo, pork, salmon as a spare in case your dog is allergy to some meat protein. Don't let him try all later you will headache finding out what he is allergy with.

There are a lot flavor, some starts with meat, some starts with maize. Would be better if you choose the one start with meat. And notice that the ingredient consist of "rice glutenmeal, cornoil", gluten and corn both are popular allergy ingredient as well nod.gif No harm, just some dog cannot take it.

Just a note from my vet, a dog that is not allergy to anything today, doesn't means he will not in the future. The reason is, every batch of pet food also have different quality. Different batch of meat & raw sources means different quality. Sometimes you will see different colour in different batch of same brand, this is the reason for it. Even the super super holistic premium also have different colors kibbles in different batch.

Do you know the prices for this brand?

I heard the Fitness back in Mid Valley event. I would say this is a medium range food. A lot better then some FAMOUS brand out there. I get it from one of the petshop.. even the petshop's inhouse vet also don't know about that when i told them yesterday. but they agreed to give me the last jap for free.
Max born at 26th August and the 1st jap is on 5th Sept according to the medication card...

Oh.. I'm not sure about that... the owner of the petshop said he got 2 ms and is feeding them with this brand. He said he like ms most. He told me that ms easily get skin problem so he adviced not to feed ms chicken and lamb instead feed those with fish. He said this brand won't cause allergy as the product is 100%hypoallergenic...
I think is quite expensive, for 800g is around 22bucks and 2kg is about 47bucks... sweat.gif

So eagle pack still better choice then...

Check properly if you decide to take fitness.. I just check the ingredient of their product. All also different.. sweat.gif ... some starts with rice, some starts with meat, and a lot starts with maize. Not standard one.

I would you suggest to take the one start with meat. Don't take the one start with maize. Rice is still acceptable.

Adult Lamb-Rice & Potatoes
rice, dehydrated lamb meat, rice glutenmeal, cornoil, potatoes, fructo - oligosaccharides, vitamins and minerals, choline chloride, pineapple, camomile, hop.
Preserved with Vitamin E.

cant find chicken in their website.

40 bucks consider cheap. If you comparing with Eagle Pack, you need to take the Holistic range. The normal range just about the same..

steamed to dry and baked to dry.. just the gimmic to promote... it is still cooking them. Both will say their method is better in keeping the nutrients & vitamins. While dehydrated is different, because no cooking there, just get rid the water from the raw content. So dehydrated food normally isn't cook, unless they write dehydrated cooked food, but haven't come across any XD So basically all of them is fighting which is the best way to preserved the vitamins n nutrients in the food.

What food you come across saying steamed to dry?

not to say not to feed.. just keep it "in case"

lets say, you feed this "k" meat for example, and suddenly your dog allergic to the "k" (although they would say impossible) then you need to find alternative. Then if lamb, chicken, beef all cannot, so you very hard to find suitable protein base kibbles already. Then need try fish la, try duck la.. if all tried, still got rabbit now haha..

if also cannot, then have to go vegetarian. Food allergy is very hard to "determine" which is the culprit. It may because of the preservatives used in commercial food, maybe the grains, maybe any of the ingredient used =)

Cropping ears will not help improving ear hygene... your dog also not going into bush to hunt things.

Just do more cleaning, and make sure no mites.

red brown thing maybe is infection. If infection then need medication, medicated ear cleaner, usually 2 times a day, some vet says for 3 days, some say 10 days. I think depends on how serious is the infection. If infection is not taken good care of, will become ear mites, then it takes longer to cure.
