i hv this issue also.......i think is ATI gfx driver problem.
i got bsod few time when watching movie and gaming

From ATI driver version 8.9 until now i got this problem b4 8.9 no hv

1st thing u nid to know wat is fan 1,2 or 3 for ...then under configure ..speed tab check the box speed 01 , 02 or 03 wan to auto control ...under below there , adjust min and max speed u wan (normally min is bout 60% to 70% and max is 90% to 100%)...all is depend wat fan u using and wat speed rpm fan u wan. example like my thermaltake fan can adjust below 50%(1500 rpm)

edit: dont forget u check the box for automatic fan speed and automatically variated box

Dont think u can divider the ram use 1066 for x2 proc. only phenom AM2+ proc can divider 1066

we all know stock speed phenom 9950 TDP is 140W
So how much TDP will be if edy oc bout 800mhz or 1000mhz from the stock

If the vdimm 2.4v + got cooler for it ..shud be no problem.
let the ram run for some time 1st....
maybe next week can do it

u can try step by then 1220 , 1250 , 1280 then 1300......if u afraid bout it also can try over 1300
