@ terencetoo
the membership rebates are taken from your iMac purchase, and you can apply them to the next product you buy.

yeah, personally, I believe they'll have to do something like the Apple US Education store...
that's probably the simplest accurate way to do it...

edit : typo

@ashkale
the iMac has to pass the agency first... we can't even bring it in without approval.
that would be illegal smile.gif

@dantwt
first step for Apple products is call the AppleCare hotline and see if the problem is software. 1800 803 638.

second step is take it to a Apple Service Partner. Here is the list > Apple Service Partners in Malaysia

reminder : Drop Points will not do the repair at the same office, they will usually forward to a service center somewhere else.
for machines, its machines HQ @ NorthPoint, beside MidValley.
for EpiCentre, I'm not sure, but I wouldn't send my Mac to a Apple Premium Reseller that doesn't do in-house repairs. hmm.gif

@damaginglife
contact the Store Hotline ( 1800 80 6419 ) and ask them the online store questions...

buying online is definitely secure, cos you have to authorise the payment anyway.

smile.gif what Eithanius is saying is the conversion is done by your bank. so if you feel the rate is incorrect / inaccurate, call your bank for confirmation...
