I am thinking of buying a SoundVoltex controller from Gamo2(from Hong Kong) but I'm not sure how much import duty and SST they charge, does anyone know specifically the % for it?

It is an arcade-style controller for rhythm games connected to PC, I guess it is considered an electronic device? The net weight around 9KG.
