According to the takrif, toys[scaled model and figurine] have nil on import tax. So does tax apply?And what how much would they charge for RM680 goods?[exclusive of shipping]

Can i just lie about my valued goods to the custom then say "settle at here bah" and then pay %valued goods? Would i get caught?
First time buying online.

Another silly question. I'm living in Sabah, so i assume can pay it at KK Airport?
