Plan to ask my Taiwan fren help me buy On Road Bicycle from Taiwan & bring it to here .... Price around RM2300...

Prob is... normaly how much or % will our airport kastam ask for ???

2nd question... If i buy the bicycle & use it there before i come back....
Will they tax my bicycle when come back ????
