Has anyone imported Mass Loaded Vinyl before? I had received the HS (3918.10.9000) code from Kastam and they ask me to refer to KPDN. When I refer to KPDN they are also not sure.

Just wondering if I will need an import permit for it. Otherwise it's RM2000++ down the drain. XD
