Hi guys, I've ordered toys from japan website, DHL was the courier, to my astonishment I've being charged for a total of RM259 for the import duty! the officer declared my item as plastic and used the HS code 3926 90 9900. the worst part is it that have paid on my behalf without my consent! what can i do?

The item i bought is RM407, the shipping cost that the shipper charged me is 1930 yen, which is around RM70, but the freight charge in the screenshot is actually charges done by customs to DHL(clarified by customs). The customs even clarified that the HS Code in place is actually wrong for toys.

May I know, what is the best next course of actions for my case?

the problem with them is that, they keep kicking the balls back to kastam and so forth. can i take any action against DHL for paying the import duty without my consent?
