QUOTE(abyone @ Nov 15 2011, 12:14 PM)
anyone can help me?
I've ordered clothes from ASOS.com....
And the total cost was around RM500-600...
I've received an email, tax ( i guess) to pay around RM120 (RM 80 for duty, RM 40 for admin fees) to this company (DPX WORLDWIDE SDN. BHD), or else I won't be able to receive my parcel.
Anyone encountered the same event as me before?
Need help on what to do.
Thanks.
Check whether is it a con email or not first. As far as I know, ASOS usually sends their parcels via normal mail / registered parcel and if you're supposed to pay for import tax, it should be handled by Pos Malaysia lo. Also, if those clothes are for own use, I think you shouldn't be taxed at all right? Not like they can say it's not for own use (unless you went and bought 10 of the same thing la hahaha)I've ordered clothes from ASOS.com....
