Anyone bought stuff from iherb using DHL? I just used it and all was in order, it arrived on time to East Malaysia but then I got the "Clearance Delay". Called DHL & they told me my item is being held by Pharmaceutical Bureau. They told me it'll take 24-48 hours max for "clearance" but it's WAY over those hours. Anyone have experience with this and what usually happens next? I bought just ONE cosmetic/beauty item & I'm wondering what's going on like why is it still being held?
