Anyone have experience getting high value or rare books through customs without having to go through Ministry of Home Affairs? Customs informed me there's no tax on importing books but I'd have to go to MOHA. I can't find anything on their website apart from publishing permits. The 'contact us' link doesn't actually have any contact information.
