I'm having a used designer wedding dress shipped from US. The cost is USD500 (about RM1650). Will I get taxed? Is used item or wedding dress taxable? If it is, approx. how much will I get taxed?

And if I want to save the hassle, could I declare it as a gift? If I do not declare the actual cost, will I still be eligible for shipping insurance?

This is quite urgent, please help.
