1)I would like to order a uv light curing machine possible code is 85394900 from china approx 1.5K. According to custom site it is 0% current rate but did not said anything about gst under ACFTA. Is it safe to assume that I would only be charged 6%?

2)If I am importing for personal use does this ACFTA thing applicable to me and do I need to ask the exporter to do any documents?

3)Custom site said need sirim so how do I get it approve if the product is not sold in malaysia and the product seems like a high quality DIY OEM machine with their own name and by the way they are big supplier for lab tools. How much does getting sirim cost and the time required?
