QUOTE(SugarCoatedCandy @ Apr 15 2009, 12:06 AM) GP are social animals.. they do need a friend.. if you bond a lot with blackie, you dont have to get a friend for him too soon. But if you think you wont be able to give him lots of attention then you should go ahead and get a friend for him. But proper introductions need to be done.. you cant simply campak them together and expect them to get along Hmmm true also, i need to bond more with my blackie 1st.. Now he no scare of me oredi also.. Will try to find another GP for him if i can't spend more time with him.. Now should be ok.. Every morning and nite i also got feed and play with him... |

QUOTE(jaswwp @ Apr 15 2009, 11:40 AM) Male GP are ok to be alone. They might fight with other male if you introduce them when they are old, although still can be done. Females should have a friend though. Hmm.. like that will consider 1st.. As he is 6 month old only.. still consider young rite?Maybe need to find another around his age then slowy intro them 1st.... That also if can find anyone willing to adopt out their GP la... |

QUOTE(jaswwp @ Apr 16 2009, 04:02 PM) You try in this way...remove water bowl and leave water bottle in cage. Then after half a day check and see he drank or not, if not, then hold water bottle in your hand and squeeze it a bit, let a bit of water come out, while in front of the Guinea Pig. He will sure start to drink from the bottle since he is thristy. After that I think he will know how to drink himself from the bottle. Sometimes need to teach them how to use bottle, hehe. Ok will try that tomolo morning, tonite take away the water bowl 1st.. So cute the massaging video... |
