If no improvements in the next day or so, get a second opinion, ie see a different doctor.

Yummy. I usually cook those at steamboat stalls for 5-8 seconds in boiling water.

Back to topic, 100 Plus is definitely a good idea as suggested, and from personal experience, try to get more sleep. I don't see the point of limiting the diet to white porridge though.

you have Gastro intestinal infection.
usually should be sef limiting, unless the doctor insist giving you antibiotics for it..(which may or may not be useful because it can be viral/bacteria). most common- viral infection.

there's nothing much u can do about it...just flush out everything.
what is more important for you is to drink more isotonic drinks to replace the lost electrolyte flushing out with your diarrhoea. and more water because you may become dehydrated due to lost of fluid.

as for fever, take paracetamol aka panadol to control the temperature.

if you cannot tahan, feel like dying...
go see a doctor tongue.gif

Yes severe food poisoning can cause major symptoms like vomiting, diarrhoea and fever. And it can last 3-4 days. Looks like you had a severe case.

I think 100+ is more to rehydrate the body with the necessary minerals, etc. When you have diarrhoea you lose a lot of fluids.

Don't get dehydrated. Must drink enough fluid or drink 100 plus la. Usually after some days you will get better.

Diarrhea is scary, just had it a couple of weeks ago. doh.gif Very sharp pain on stomach. rclxub.gif Whole night no need sleep. yawn.gif
