Food poisoning... suprisingly food poisoning can cause fever. Whole night bangsai only.. cannot sleep until i wanna sit on the bowl till morning. Its been 3 days, when to see doctor twice but still pain. Got air inside my tummy.

If prolong can it damage my inner organs? sweat.gif What is the best way to cure faster, cant stand white porridge anymore.

Yes severe food poisoning can cause major symptoms like vomiting, diarrhoea and fever. And it can last 3-4 days. Looks like you had a severe case.

I think 100+ is more to rehydrate the body with the necessary minerals, etc. When you have diarrhoea you lose a lot of fluids.

eating out is bad sia. You should try making own sandwich... healthy clean hygienic food. Only takes a couple of min's.
