for nottingham, i guess the standard in malaysia campus is much better than the UK campus IMO
ive done the past years exam papers from malaysia and uk's one. certainly the Malaysia exam papers are much harder than the UK.

they try to make it the same standard here and UK dats y they do that coz if they give the same exam papers from UK to malaysia campus, here will have better results than the UK

harder doesnt mean better. for undergrad mostly it doesnt matter.. usually what defines the unis reputation is post grad work.

Need sum help...
I m not very sure whether i wanna be an accountant or more on da finance side. Cuz I'm afraid that the job prospect for an accountant will b better than a finance graduate.
But now I need 2 decide which I should go for:
1) Sunway Lancaster Accounting and Finance
2) Sunway Victoria Uni's double major(Acc/Banking & Finance or Financial Risk Management/Banking & Finance)

Monash should be one of the top few in your mind, whenever you cross "business" and "education". For now in Malaysia that is.

Hi Peter,
Do you think I made the right choice?
cuz i just submitted my application to Lancaster-Sunway for degree in Finance and Accounting.

That is just an application, you have not paid the school fees. Personally, if you can afford, go for Monash or Nottingham.

If interviewer ask u whether u did ur degree in australia, this is ur model answer:

At monash/nottingham, the world is our campus. For some semester we study at clayton, sometimes in south africa, sometimes in malaysia.

And if another question/comment arises (say the company is a MNC, e.g. IBM):
I think there is a difference in the quality of students studying in malaysia vs those in australia.

Your model answer:
Well, I think the engineers/managers in IBM Malaysia is as good as their counterpart in USA. Don't you think so?

Anyway, that is just side talk...

I wanted to do Bachelor of Business Admin but those business schools mentioned above ( Sunway/Nottingham/Monash ) don't seem to offer them ... I mean how come Nottingham can leave out Bachelor of Business Admin if it offers MBA ? Is it that you can still do other business bachelor (such as finance and accounting etc ) and enrol as MBA student ?

Nottingham total is RM75k for three years.
Monash is RM81k++
Plus, for Monash, u hav 2 pay for other fees such as application, resource fee and others.
For Nottingham, RM75k ONLY. No other fees.
Don't forget, Monash parking is RM2 per entry.
Nottingham is free.

I think Jarod is thinking that Nottingham will be increasing the fees.
But it is good that Nottingham staff tell you the truth that they would probably increase it.

Actually all the UK universities are going to increase the fees, not only Nottingham, just the staff do not tell you, as they don't want lose any profit.
