iphone 3g cannot read 2g si,m, hotlink card 64k

crap..i keep getting no sim card message when i put in my 2g 64k sim card hotlink (with 3g) activated..
looks like need to fork out money to upgrade to 3g card.... anyway i tested with my frens 3g hotlink new card and celcom all no problem..only mine a 6 year old card cannot read......zzz |
