tissue should be allowed especially if liquids keep dripping out from your nose lol...
i won't be surprised though if the penjaga or whatever you call it stares the hell out of you.

what if they suspect the tissue we using that is full of notes?

Biodata pengarang came out in one of my exams (mid term F4) and it's possible that it may come out in SPM.
Gaya bahasa is also possible. Example question:
a) Pembaca boleh tertarik untuk meneruskan pembacaannya sekiranya pengarang menggunakan gaya bahasa yang menarik. Nyatakan pandangan anda terhadap gaya bahasa sebuah novel yang anda pelajari.
