Purposely doesn't want to get sub-sale because doesn't want to help those so call investor (read as flipper)

I too didn't vested my time looking for subsale because I purposely dont want to help feeding their greediness, these flippers... they are the ones contributing to fake demands and high house price bruce.gif

Let those flippers die!!!!

aku paling bengang dengar or baca kisah orang beli rumah flat for investment, KNNCCB!!! zalim pada orang yang memang tak mampu
Capitalism at all level

without flipers and investors, there wont be any houses for you to buy also.......

if developers cant sell 70% of their stock, they also wont build anymore.

One cant survive without another.

But for medium or lowcost flat, there are buyers who can afford to buy it, but turns out these flippers mass purchased and resell at higher price.

its good that bank negara interfere with new rules guideline and tight loan approval
