how much is the landed price here now? this area to KL just shorter than bukit raja maybe 5km only.... and commercials there more option with setia alam shoplots and setia city mall short distance away

688k? wa..... not that cheap also huh.... can get one unit in setia alam already... alam impian latest launch also around this price what... north vs south.... depends on one needs.... personally at northen side... if duwan to go KL work... still can go pj, subang and shah alam for more job opportunities....

Alam Sari is very slow, to be honest. I&P did not push hard in their developments. From 2007 until now (11 years), the number of houses are far lower than EcoHill (5 years). If not mistaken, at one point, they stopped launching new phases too. Even with Puisi almost sold out now, there is still no news about the next phase.

even their alam impian also very slow in commercial activities also but their residential already almost gaodim 7788... but still half dead in the township... the houses also not very high occupancy there because lack of basic amnesties... i think its in their DNA to be so slow just like another Sime Darby... haha
