This area in my list before but in the end I chose other area.
The house finishing is really nice & neat.
For exterior design, I like puisi 4. But the pillar in between porch not practical at all.
The land area oso spacious.
The thing I concern before
a) Commercial lot like supermarket etc, not within that area rite?
b) small & bottleneck access road at ktm there. Soon they will open access from serene. Not sure how heavy the traffic. I working at kl.
c) No school within that area.
d) Probably a bit difficult to make that area F&G. Coz got few access sharing to other phases. But this just my general opinion only, maybe it practical to do so.
Other that that, this area clean & peaceful. Suitable for own stay.
