Have you watched a Moore Bond movie lately?
Reasons why Moore is dismissed:
1) He cannot fight. He is not badass. He is nowhere near believable as a man of action. In
For Your Eyes Only, he had this big fight scene at the end and he looks
scared. And in most of the car/boat/ski/whatever chase scenes, they use so much green-screen that you simply cannot believe it's him in that scene.
2) He got old. He's the same age as Connery. It's probably the same reason why he can't do action scenes. Again, in
FYEO, there was one part where he's running up a flight of stairs, and he's running so
slowly. And in
A View to a Kill, he had a love scene with Tanya Roberts which looked like old uncle having sex with young chiku.
3) He got fed up. You can tell from his performances that he doesn't like playing Bond. There's no enjoyment in his performance, not in the action scenes or even the love scenes. Even when he's seducing some hot chick (or more likely, some hot chick saja offering to sleep with him), he can barely muster up any enthusiasm.
4) His movies suck the most. Not his fault in this case, but this was the era in which Bond became a cartoon, and the movies became really really dumb.
ya..the storylines of this movies are the worst, followed closely by Timothy Dalton's.
