about 18 months ago, 1 started doing workouts from home + lousy nutra-life weight gainer bought from watson + more potatoes and
eggs( i hate meat!). i'd been maintaining 66 - 68kg; which is still underweight but with some shape here and there, i feel more comfortable and healthy than ever!
btw, i usually do workouts from home and ocassionally, some cardios. hit a ppv gym once in a while for squatting and some bench press.
