Crappy product? Mind to explain to me more in detail? Anyway, warranty is first 7 days la for any damages. But if there's any damages I would've send it back to supplier and inform u bro. So, all I give duration until 7/10/2009, so if there's any damages or defect that I missed out, do let me know before that date bro. I will see the extent of the damages and defect.

for mine which is the hard casing for n97, the finishing very low quality.

1) they did not smooth the plastic after cutting, so there is residue sharp plastic at the edges
2) the paint they left out from painting certainl parts of the exterior.

i just used some sand paper to smoothen the sharp edges and the extra plastic. going to look for some paint tomorrow to spray back the parts that i smoothed out.

just wanna inform the TS about the quality thats all. i dont intend to claim anything now . have a great day.
