First of all, I only send it late last friday, so today only 1 day has passed cos Monday and Tuesday was a public holiday. So, at least give it maximum 5 working days bro. 3 important things I want to inform u too bro:-

1) I know there has been a delay but I totally forgot about the Hari Raya break.
2) Please understand that I can't do anything when the post office is closed bro.
3) I clearly indicate free postage is via registered post and I don't recall you added RM5 for poslaju bro.

I am still not able to track all the packages I've sent also. So, once I'm back on Thursday nite, I'll go down to the post office on Friday afternoon to rectify the delay bro. I have no idea what the post office is up to. And also please have some consideration on my part before putting the blame on me la. At least understand my difficulty ma. I understand your concern and I hope and always wish that my reputation and confidence for buyers is intact all the time.

If until next week u still can't get your package on Wednesday after 5 days, and I can't give you a good explanation, then you can bombard me with all your dissatisfaction and complaints. You may lodge a complaint with the Trade Zone Dispute Resolution forum as well. Until then, I hope you can built up some confidence in me as well as some patience with me. As I've always told my present and future buyers, my services is of the utmost important to me, definitely my previous buyers will agree with me on this.

It was my mistake to mistook registered post as poslaju , but in all our pm , u didnt mention or highlight to me that poslaju will cost extra rm5.00 , if u have mentioned it to me of the 2 choices , i will pay u extra rm5.00 . do not word it out as if i am trying to get a poslaju service but not paying for it , pls check back on all our pm - i repeat no word mentioning about extra rm5.00 for poslaju ! u r saying that i may report to moderator for yr delay and so on - my bad exprience here will able to let everyone seeing this , know of your reply to me , just go check with pos office and get back to me today .

Ok. I've went down to the post office at 3pm just now. I have spoken to the ketua pegawai there. Apparently, their system is down, and still down today and they are shorthanded with staff due to raya leave.

I was pissed and "bambu" him when all my packages have yet to be processed. He give me his word that it will be processed tomorrow as today is late afternoon di and only 2 staff working in front. And he promised the system will be up next monday. So, until Monday, all should be able to track already. I will sms out tracking again to all of u once visit the post office tomorrow to confirm they have processed it.

I am very sorry for the delay. I understand that I have failed to deliver on time this bulk. So, I hope all of u can be patient with me this time. Timing with the Hari Raya holidays really out this time. As a token of my appreciation to all from this bulk, in your next purchase, instead of normal 5% discount for returning buyer, I give 10% to all. I want to maintain a good business reputation and services with all of u too.

I hope to give him thumbs up but by the way he implied , it is wrong to say that i didnt pay rm5/- for extra - poslaju , if he is a very good salesperson , why cant he suggest to me that there are 2 methods and pricing to ship my item . And he promised to call me back today from pos office but till now 7.57pm nothing from him since my asking ,and as a seller u mean he is not suppose to be complained a little ? and the price i am paying is not very cheap for a crystal case , just slightly cheap for yr info . i am still waiting for his reply ...

You mentioned that it was your mistake for understanding registered pos as pos laju, now you're trying to shift the blame? Come on man...

Bro, he didn't mention about Poslaju to me too, but I insisted and he agreed with an additional charge of RM5. So he clearly mentioned on his thread that he will use registered mail. If you need Poslaju then you should request. Frankly this is how I deal in lelong/ebay. If seller mentions Pos Express, I will ask first if can use Poslaju before proceeding with the bid.

So because the post office didn't process any of the packagings, I presume my item will also arrive next week Wednesday only.
