Yup. Check with DHL again today di. They confirmed the shipment will be in Penang by 3pm. Next problem is the kastam issue only. Hope they don hold back my shipment for too long. Apparently "duit kopi" doesn;t work on them.....

Just got back home. After waiting for kastam to re-valuate my shipment finally they release after I pay tax of cos.

Will send out sms to collect remaining payment in awhile. And those who have paid full, give me few days time to wrap ya. Will start sending out on Friday la. And those awaiting COD, i'll sms u guys to arrange time and place ya.

Wrap also must wrap nice nice ma. If anything happen, then susah la. I also dowan u all to be unsatisfied ma. Many many apologies for not updating but I'm spending all the time I have wrapping them on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday la. 6 sheets of brown papers, 2 rolls of tapes, and a few paper and knife cuts to my hands. Just imagine how susah I wrap la....

But still, apologies once again for the delay of tracking numbers la.

Check with Pos Malaysia for u di bro. It is at the Pejabat Pos Besar at postcode 93300 already. Maybe becos it's East Malaysia that's y take longer. Even normal within Peninsular Malaysia also takes 3-5 working days.

Sure got lotsa "moolah" ma..... Anyway, poslaju is always recommended la. But I will not be able to sustain using Poslaju la. It's too expensive and the cost increase yet again di.

Yup... Shipment on the way di. My supplier fren sent out from HK yesterday la. Will update location of my shipment once I can check with DHL ya.

Stocks for bulk 14 has arrived at Penang la. But rite now, shipment kena tahan by kastam.

I need to go over there tomorrow evening afterwork to minum kopi with them la. Hope can settle the tax amount tomorrow. Shud be able to get it released tomorrow and wrap and post out all before the Friday deadline guys. So, pls bersabar with me ya.

Didn't really went well. Sit there for 2 hours to "nego" and still have to pay for such an expensive cup of "kopi".

Anyway, stocks have arrive. I've sent out sms to colelct balance payment. Will be wrapping them all and send out latest by Friday. Will provide tracking number here ya.

Bulk 15 Update

Due to the weekends and the mis-timed pickup schedule by DHL, there will be few days delay. The package is already picked up but still under process at HK shipping hub.

I've already checked with DHL personnel and it will be delayed for a few days. Earliest possible date of arrival is 15/4/2010.

I owe all of u an apology ya but hope u all can be patient with me. I'm rushing DHL for the shipment already. Used DHL for so many bulks di first time got this kind of problem. Haiz.....

I will post immediate update here guys.

Bulk Update

Yup. Confirmed can get before next weekend bro. I check with DHL di. Already arrived in Penang hub. But they say pending clearance by Kastam la.

So, I think I'll be dropping by the Kastam office and have a "kopi" with them lo. These people really love drinking "kopi" and their "kopi" is really really expensive!!

So, I will be updating tomorrow nite again on the status. Hopefully, Kastam can clear my shipment fast la.

Anyway, bulk 15 update, I finally got the shipment from Kastam di. Delay me another 24 hours. Only release to me after they evaluate and re-declare the amount which means higher tax lo. So, I hope all can understand my difficulty la. I also cari makan only ma.

And please pardon me for the delay. I am sincerely apologising for the 1 week delay of stock arrival la. Wrapping them rightaway now. I will be informing those who have yet to pay the remaining amount via sms ya.

Just got back from work only. Already send the out the first quarter already. Now wrapping the rest la. By wednesday I shud be able to post out all di. I'm wrapping as fast as I can la but I also want to wrap properly ma. I know some are unsatisfied with the delay. My apology on this. But I am also working a day job too. Now wrapping like mad. Do give me some time to wrap properly la. If I just simply wrap, the package arrive damaged. Then we'll be into another problem. Better be safe than sorry, ok? Time might run off abit, but my services has always been top. U are free to comment of cos regarding your unsatisfaction but those who I've taken care of the replacement for damage goods will know my service quality. Not to say I have the right to choose my customer but at least sometimes try to understand the sellers ground.

Anyway, I'll be posting all the tracking numbers here once I've send and sort them all out.

Sometimes next day, sometimes 2-3 days. And I have done so many bulks, already kena so many times, they delay 1 week and the reason was they cannot deliver the package (When someone is actually in!!) and then actually send back the package to me. And I didn't whine at all. I just bear the cost to re-send again. Let alone you're over in Sarawak bro, I can tell u it will take at least 2days minimum to arrive there. Then only they will sort and filter down according to the postcode and district. Which means another day only can reach your place di. Let's hope they do proceed as how i've explain la.

Don't get heated up on me bro. Check the receipt then, I pass them all to the post office to process. U can check the date la. I may be sending your things already late by 10 days. But please don't sound as if I am lying and trying to cheat your money ok? I understand your concern but "bambu" me here is not gonna help. Maybe you might enjoy this? I dunno, I hope not. I am trying my best to deliver this as fast I can.

I've been using the same post office for almost 5 years now. So, I know practically everyone at the post office. So normally, I just take down all these tracking number and then I leave everything and the cash for the people at the post office to process for me. I also do the same thing with all my household's bills la. Then just collect all the receipts another day. Sometimes they might be busy which is why the delay.

Seriously, u sound like a nice guy on the phone jus now. Haiz, but I didn't read your post here yet. So different bro. But I can understand your anger at the delay. But I am abit offended that you're questioning my credibility. My biz and service is based on trust. If I have not send, I will tell u so. I did inform so many others that called me that I have not wrap all in time yet. Why should I lie to u alone? Hmm.....
