This is happening in my area as well. You get high speed for a second or less and your speeds drop to almost nil and goes back to the previous speed. Happens even with Microsoft, nVidia, ATI, Akamai server downloads.

I have not been proxified yet, but have been getting only 115/118 IPs.

I hope it wouldn't come to the point where I'm forced to set up a proxy on VPS server.

Hey thanks 4 da link.
previously there was a website with a similar stealth transparent proxy detection feature, but it closed down and I have not found a replacement since.
