either u add the accessory with ur hand or through the accessory workers hand.

as i said i want somthing similar to tiptronic,cruisecontrol and paddle shift gears

get a Ferarri F430 halfcut... mod it into your car... sure you got all the above.

if yr car is auto
mod the chip then to control yr gear
u may apply those paddle shift style button on yr steering

cruise control is another different thing la -.-
maybe u can do u MR BEAN use a brick that step on the throttle~
n tada~ it will speed as much as u like even if u don dare speeding in corners
