When Linux is installed, is it necessary to install GRUB?
How to remove it when I am not using LInux anymore?
Can  I install Linux on externall hdd n boot from it?
*
GRUB is the boot loader , it allows you to boot to Linux and Other OSes such as Windows

You can remove it by simply issuing the masterboot record command , whereby it would restore back Windows Boot Loader. There are tutorials on the Internet on how to restore

Yes , if your motherboard supports it.
