personally i like linux, but not until it fully support the new ATi HD generation

been tryin' by all means to install ati driver but not luck.. only black screen bug anywhere.. zzZZzz

nope, if not mistaken, current linux kernel only can optimize 9500 & higher ati gfx but not hd series, i mean until x series.
as far ive already tried:-

- mandriva 2008 rc2
- fc 7 & 9 beta
- ubuntu 7.10 & 8.04
- opensuse 10.3 & 11.0 beta

the only works was opensuse 10.3 but it have the lagg problem.. doh.gif doh.gif

i will try with rhe later.. might got luck? laugh.gif

Ubuntu kinda cool, but seems Im more interested with openSUSE. I will try Ubuntu again & see which one suite for me tongue.gif

OpenSUSE is really nice Linux, their interface also awesome~
How bout hardware support compare to Ubuntu?
