if i want to ubuntu,do i need to find hardware driver like modem,wireles etc for ubuntu?

ok thanks because i decided to install ubuntu on my intel laptop.hopefully after that all hardware will functioning well without hassle troubleshooting.

try and found that my broadcom wireless did not work.tried other distro also the same.does linux support online driver searching like window?

If you know your broadcom NIC model, just go to the vendor website and see if they release any linux drivers for it.
If not, try with ndiswrapper.
