Dont burn it as bootable cd.... just burn the image as normal. Coz if i not mistaken if u burn as bootable nero will add a certain file in there to make it bootable....

Correct me if im wrong. i nvr burn bootable disc before....

Last but not least pls DO read the documentation...... most linux distro got teach you one. Not sure abt ubuntu tho.....
