but i dont think eat a heavy meal is good idea...as the water pressure will make u feel like want to vomit
well, i gain 4kg since August 01 - Oct 01
want to lose weight but end up gaining weight
4kg including muscle and fat i assume
77.7kg- 28% body fat
81.7kg-28% body fat
go google Ripetoe program, it is good to gain size if you did it properly
