hi my friends.. i m open this thread as a log to keep track my activity to my journey to gain 10 kg in 6 months (i hope this is possible)
my current profile:
- weight : 60kg - height : 174cm - age : 28 y.o
TARGET :
- weight : 70kg - period : 6 months.
i will use this thread to report on what i do to achieve my target i also might post any enquiries or doubtness so that, you, you and you (the experts here) can help me
Added on October 30, 2008, 7:33 pmso far, this was wat i do:
1. swimming - 3 session a week (about 45min - 1 hr per session)
2. hv 5-6 times meal (wholemeal bread, fruits, tuna, sandwich, milo etc on top of main meal -- breakfast, lunch and dinner)
3. take weight gainer
note: i still not workout as i'm still survey the best gym membership to join. maybe will join gym later in 1 month time

1. i didn't take heavy meal (rice etc) before i swimming. i just took 2-3 bananas. is it correct? or i should take heavy food?

1. i didn't take heavy meal (rice etc) before i swimming. i just took 2-3 bananas. is it correct? or i should take heavy food?

hi frens... some updates: 1. last week swim for 3 times 2. this week only once... a bit bz, dont hv time 3. just join gym membership last week 4. yesterday, went to the gym for free session with personal trainer... ok, keep posting..  Added on November 9, 2008, 2:03 pmyesterday: 1. afternoon - went for 2nd session complimentary personal trainer at gym 2. night - swim for 1 hr result : certain part of my body feel so painful.... phew... even so difficult to lift my hands.. huhu Added on November 11, 2008, 12:49 pmi wanna ask sumting... after my last gym session which was last saturday (accompanied by personal trainer - 2nd session of complimentary after joined gym), i feel so painful (ache) esp at muscle area my shoulder and chest... (maybe the trainer push me too hard...).. until now still pain a bit... so, my question... do i need to stop a while and wait until the pain/ache gone then continue with the workout or is it ok to continue even the pain/ache still there? tq.
