Is it related to Changkat View?
btw, I almost bought a unit in Changkat View; but eventually found somewhere else. 
Yes, the design is nice and density is quite low.
The thing I don't like is their parking bays. It's not basement or inside the building. It's open space parking but of course covered.
So in a way one might got a parking far away from the condo's block entrance itself. That's what I don't like.
