wtf ..idiot tmnut and their new crappy IP of 115.xx and 118.xx just prompt RS to change my password because it was suspected of "sharing".

It's alright under the 60 and 218 range all the time but since they change the ip subnet a few days ago, this crap happen.

they're smarter right now. They blocked the account and send a new random generated password to my email. Have to change it back again to normal.

what happen to the option to convert rapidpoints to extra bandwidth. is it me only or does everyone else doesn't have that extra option anymore

Last time that happened to me they send me a random generated password in the email you associate that account with. if you didn't receive it, you can send an email to RS on it like others did here.

Depends on blardy streamyx really...Pretty much random..the only time it happened to me was last weekend. The IP changed its range from 60.xx / 216.xx or so to the 150.xx or something like that..I thought my main rs account got phished la then realise it was tmnut fault as usual

if your premium acc has 10k pts before it gets deleted, of course you can

shouldn't be a problem unless you have many IPs per day on that account. Even if it does happen, RS would change the password and send it to your email and you can change it back to the normal one again
