4mbps is the maximum for home user if im not mistaken. unless u're with an office or uni then you can apply for more

nope,TM hav a limited technology....it because most of the area are still at copper wired,which is not able to reach higher then 4mbps and we just gotta wait and see.

about office or uni those are SDSL line which is 1.5mbps not so sure if there is a higher speed but the latency on SDSL i think is much stable because da port are installed at the building

Guys, having some problem using RS premium with flashget, already input user/pass on the site login, but still I get 12.35kb file when download rs files..
Already tried the old and new version of flashget,but still the same
So anything I'm missing?

at RS website there choose direct download instead of choosing server,last time i also face the same problem...after i choosing direct download i got full speed

most probably the file has been removed or blocked.

faced it once. Happy² downloading parts by parts and just left 2 parts to go, the file type changed to html type. After checking the link, it says the file has been blocked by RS.

I just wondered, why RS just delete certain part only.
why not delete whole part

There was once I used RS's link checker.
There were 14 links altogether and 7 were deleted.
The funniest part was that the alternate links were deleted.
Meaning link 1,3,5,7 .....

lol the person who reported it must have find it fancy to do alternate links

The file are still valid as I can still download the same files using flashget with IDM..
I'm just testing to use RS premium with other download managers besides IDM, flashget doesn't seem to work well for me
any other settings need to change besides filling the rs login in flashget?

Yeah but normally I just copy the links and paste it in the RS link checker will do

how do you guys add lots of links? Like

I had to manually copy and paste them into browser to add it into my download manager. Really kinda time consuming....
