Dark Match

"The Foundation" DH Smith & T J Wilson w/ Natalya vs. Carlito & Primo. Ref Marty Elias. Nice back & forth match, Natalya slapped Primo during the match. Finish came when Primo & Wilson were fighting outside ring and Carlito reversed DH's finsher into a BackStabber for the win.

Vickie Guerrero in ring w/security guards around the ring. Vickie talks about Edge returning and brings out Edge. As Vickie talks it's kinda hard to hear. One of the "Guards" around the ring is laughing as Vickie talks. (WWE will have to edit that out). Edge says when he heard about Hardy's attack on the news, he had to come to Boston to keep the match a Triple Threat. Jeff Hardy comes running out and Security stops him. Triple H comes running out and security stops him. Vladimir Kozlov comes from the crowd and gets into ring from behind Edge/Vickie. Kozlov says he's angry about Sunday. Vickie says that we will have a Beat The Clock challenge tonight, with Jeff's being first.

1. Jeff Hardy vs. The Brian Kendrick, w/ Ezekiel Jackson. Ref Charles Robinson. It was a good match. Ezekiel tries to interfere but Jeff throws Kendrick into him. Hardy hits the Twist of Fate for the win in 12:13.

Graphic shows Benjamin/HHH & Matt Hardy/Vladimir to happen later tonight. They show a graphic for Taker/Big Show tonight in a cage match and play the music for the cage. They play the music showing the cage for a very long time, about 1 minute.

Backstage: Eve Torres interviews Matt Hardy about his match tonight. Hardy says no matter what he will make sure Jeff' wins the Beat the Clock Challenge.

2. Bella Twins & Michelle McCool vs. Maryse, Natalya and Victoria. Ref John Cone. McCool dominates early. Bella twins both get knocked around by Victoria/Natalya. A Bella gets a hot tag to McCool. Maryse knocks the other Bella off apron, McCool kicks Natalya off the apron. Maryse is in control of McCool and a Bella tries to break it up but strikes McCool. The Bella acts shocked and Natalya pulls her out of ring. Maryse wins the match for her team. McCool gets in the ring and yells at the Twins. Maria comes down to try t0 keep order. McCool smacks Maria and shoves her down. McCool leaves ring saying something to Maria.

3. Vladimir Kozlov (no entrance) vs. Matt Hardy. Ref Scott Armstrong. Matt has Vladimir chase him around most of the match. Vladimir knocks Hardy out of the ring with 10 seconds left and just stands there as match ends. After it ends, Vladimir acts upset. JR & Tazz during the match did not do audio for match, instead they talked with a production guy who handed them some papers. .

4. John Morrison & Miz vs. Festus & Jesse. Ref Chad Patton. It was a Quick match. Morrison gets bell and rings it, Jesse r ings it back. John rings it again and smacks Jesse with it causing a DQ, g iving Festus & Jesse the win. Morrison & Miz get into the ring with Festus. Miz stands next to Festus. Morrison rings bell, which wakes Festus up then rings it again to make Festus "fall sleep". Miz copies Festus every time, which was very funny. Morrison played around ringing the bell and having Festus chase Miz around ring. They have fun ringing the bell on & off, and accidentally rang it again and Festus chased them to the back.

Backstage; Mr. Kennedy plugs his movie and then interviews Triple H. HHH says he will beat Hardy tonight.

5. Triple H vs. Shelton Benjamin. Ref Mike Chioda. It was a back & forth match. At 40 seconds left, Benjamin runs into Chioda, who falls and holds his head. HHH hits the pedigree and grabs Chioda at 2 seconds left. Chioda counts 1 2 3, right as the buzzer sounds. Chioda raises HHH hand. Charles Robinson comes running out and says the buzzer rang. The Refs talk and Justin Roberts says Hardy & HHH both won the Beat the Clock Challenge. Jeff Hardy comes out and stares down Hardy.

There was a short intermission. JR & Tazz go backstage and come back.

SmackDown! 12/5

1. Edge, with Vickie Guerrero, vs. Kung Fu Naki. Ref Chad Patton. Kung Fu actually gets some offense in on Edge, but Edge breaks his momentum with a boot and then a spear for the win in about 5 minutes. Vickie gets in ring and says that at Armageddon there will be a Triple Threat Match. Vickie says because Edge wrestled tonight and so will Triple H & Jeff Hardy, in a Tag Team Gauntlet Match, which will go on until HHH/Hardy "finally" lose.

2. Michelle McCool vs. Maria. Ref John Cone. A bad mess up in match when Maria goes to jump off top rope and roll McCool up but Maria gets stuck halfway and falls off. McCool misses some kicks in match a s well. Maria gets a schoolboy for the win. McCool throws a fit in the ring and keeps saying something.

Backstage: Bella Twins & Carlito & Primo are patting Maria on the back. McCool s torms up and kicks Maria in the chest. Maria overly sells it.

Backstage: Big Show shows a video on how he has already beat up Undertaker and will do again tonight.

They show the cage and play music.

3. MVP vs. "Hurricane Helms". Ref Marty Elias. MVP comes down first and says he no longer has his cool entrance due to his "unfortunate" turn of luck. MVP says that will change tonight when he beats the guy in the bubble. Justin Roberts says now returning Hurricane Helms! Nice pop. Hurricane has no mask or green color in his hair, but his hair is longer and he has the old Hurricane logo on his shorts. Hurricane is also sporting a new tattoo on his back. MVP runs off ropes an Hurricane strikes a old Hurricane pose. Hurricane hits the Eye of the Hurricane for the win. Hurricane looks to cry and looks up in air.

Backstage: Triple H & Jeff Hardy talk face to face to try to work together tonight.

Triple H & Jeff Hardy vs. Hawkins & Ryder. Ref Charles Robinson. Match is quick with HHH hitting a Pedigree and Hardy tagging himself in and hitting the Swanton for the win. Hardy & HHH have a stare down as Morrison & Miz come down. Nice match, with both sides getting offense. HHH & Hardy start to argue then start to fight each other. The four other Refs come running down to ring. It's a count out Morrison/Miz win. Hardy & HHH fight into he crowd and HHH is smashed into the steel steps. The Refs then get them separated.

Backstage: Vickie & Edge are talking about Edge winning the Title and how much Vickie loves Edge. Edge says Vickie is so smart to book Hardy vs. HHH next week. They go to kiss when Hardy smashes the door open. Hardy starts yelling at Edge saying he injured him. Edge tells Hardy it wasn't him but "who had the most to gain and the least to lose" as Triple H & the refs come in. Hardy/HHH fight on floor as Edge yells "Security". The same 12 Guards from earlier come in as we cut out.

5. Matt Hardy vs. Chavo Guerrero. Ref Mike Chioda. Quick match which Matt dominates until Vladimir comes out and hits Hardy and throws Chavo out of ring. Vladimir ties Matt up in ropes. Vladimir uses Hardy as a punching bag and headbutts Matt.

Great Khali & Ranjin Singh come out with Santa Hats to host a Holiday Edition of the Kiss cam. They show people in crowd kissing. Ranjin asks who's gonna kiss Khali. They show about five women with the second to last being a hot girl right behind me. Ranjin says stop the music, I have a surprise for you. Eve Torres as "Santa Little Helper" comes down and kisses Khali.

6. Big Show vs. Undertaker in a Steel Cage Match. Ref Scott Armstrong (inside) & Mike Chioda (at the door). Nice back and forth match, which was long. Chioda opened the door for no reason one time then shut it. Big Show and Taker both try to chokeslam each other. Big Show tries to climb out but Taker reaches him and throws Show off of top rope. Taker climbs to the top and sits. Taker looks to the ground but says it game over time for Show. Taker drops back into cage and they both try to chockeslam each other. Taker hits a big DDT on Show and locks in the "Triangle Choke" for the win.

This was the main event for 12/5, not a dark match.

Other Notes:

Justin Roberts was nice with crowd the entire show, even posing for pictures.
Triple H shook fans hands after the 1st SD!
Before each SD! they shot about 15 shirts into crowd.
There was a fake Hulk Hogan on the non-camera side who got a Hogan chant. When he ripped off his shirt and the fans cheered, Justin Roberts and Chad Patton laughed from the ring.
Refs Mike Chioda & Charles Robinson & Justin Roberts got cheered by the crowd.
