i bought transcend memory product few month ago and the product is lifetime warranty recently the thing not working well and i wish to send back for warranty

i open this thread coz when i go back the shop i bought this product ,the shop already zhap lap (close down)


may i know where to claim the warranty ?

i dun like buy online coz scare buyer will run and i cant claim warranty ,but ,haiz .buy in big shop ,then shop also can zhap lap


next time must buy those big company ,easy to find distributor or service center ,hahahah ,example sony or HP

u also can try to claim to CYNNXX,
once successfully claimed transcend ram from them,
the ram has cynnxx sticker on it,
original receipt doesn't matter as long ur ram has cynnxx sticker,
you may try ur luck there
