Oh oh...guess i read this page too late. I was with a company for 4 months. Got sick of the manager and the job. Just left without informing them one month ago. Called up some colleague the next day to tell the superior i quit. Will i be facing any legal issue for not resigning properly?

What can i do now? Should i write a back dated resignation letter?

i sort of just leave the office...just like that...left my appointment letter all in there. Dont feel like going back ever. So..no resignation letter or anything. Called this malay guy up to and ask him to inform my manager im quit.

C'mon seriously...what can i do now? What are the consequences? what do u guys suggest?
