Hi Edifier,
I bought a S330 during the PC Expo at Mid Valley a couple of weeks ago. Inter-Asia gave me a pair of earphones as gift. I just tried them and they appear to be faulty (Have Bbbzzzz noise in the background). Where can I exchange for a new pair and can I do it during weekends? And can you help me to confirm that there will not be any hazzle in 1 for 1 swap? Because the gift is not printed in the receipt. Thanks. |

Hello,
I bought a S330 during PC expo 1-2 months ago and they gave me a pair of free ear phones, which turned out to be defected. I was told that I need to go to the main office in Sunway Damansara to exchange, my question is, is it open today? It only opens on weekdays and it is very inconvenient... |

Yesterday is 1st May, many offices replace it today.
