QUOTE(maxizanc @ Nov 6 2008, 02:45 AM) Yeeha! I'm currently listening to my S530D now Still in the process of burning in and finding the perfect placement of the speakers. But the sound is just great. The Tracy Chapman song - Baby Can I Hold You sound is very clear crystal. Next song i wanna test out is some of the Fourplay songs and Acoustic Alchemy songs : Will try out some of BD movies tomorrow, now i can't boom boom my baby. People wanna sleep. edit: But my new Creative X-Fi USB 5.1 surround is giving me problem. The sound is out of sync when watching movies. Will update the driver now, see what'll happen. you bought for how much?

QUOTE(evrythincool @ Dec 21 2008, 10:23 PM) do anyone knows whether inter-asia provide repair service for edifier speaker? i bought one at pc fair edifier. and i think the fuse of my IF330plus blown. what to do? i'm just student. need help >.< you can ask him for more information. Anyway, i think almost all speakers got at least 1 year warranty, i think you need to bring back to the shop you bought for RMA (in case your speaker less than 1 year). QUOTE(evrythincool @ Dec 21 2008, 11:51 PM) okay. i just bought it last week with 1 year warranty. does normal warranty cover case like that? i don't really understand what can the warranty do actually bring back the speaker and just say the speaker not work anymore, no need to state what you 'suspect'...

Went to 'whole' JB to find S530D and S730 for audition, mission failed. Last hope, Johor Jaya Pine System Technology (went there just now but closed, WTH), if still can't find it, sorry to tell that, EDIFIER, YOU HAVE DONE. at least at Johor. Finally tested S730 on Monday...I will owning this speaker soon...
Thought the sound will bass dominated, suprisingly not, the sound is balance in all '0' setting, especially the midrange and treble, so smooth.

QUOTE(chingwooi @ Jan 7 2010, 05:59 PM) Em, if you put all setting at "0", there won't be any bass from both the satellite speakers and subwoofer. Edifier S730D is indeed an impressive speaker, pair it with a decent soundcard coz this baby needs to b fed well  Still got bass la...'0' is default flat setting, want to test how is the flat response...that shopkeeper just non-stop retune to max bass and treble to convince me, WTF, don act smart la, nearly want to scold him... but even tune to max bass and treble the sound is still decent for me, not overwhelming at all, thats why i like it.
