the most happy thing for spurs fan should be make a blow to arsenal's title challenge instead of the precious 1 point. 4 points in 2 games for harry, what a good start.
English Clubs Tottenham Hotspur F.C. - Audere est Facere, EL: Spurs 1 - 0 Rubin FT

QUOTE(Duke Red @ Nov 1 2008, 06:47 PM) Better than beating London rival Arsenal? Chelsea? Well I suppose beating us will be the first step and it should be an interesting encounter given that both teams are high on confidence now. of course, it always nice feeling for any team to beat the leader ... whether it is pool, mu, gunners or chelsea... |

frankly, unless a millionaire take over like man city, else i cant see hw spurs gonna beat those beat 4 ...
even they sign the best young players like modric but once play well, sure will link to big clubs ... spurs this season different to previous season is beat those lower teams but not the top 4 yet except liverpool ... |

QUOTE(Abangpedro @ May 5 2010, 12:45 PM) tonite is important nite.....if we win we need no worry bout last game...hoping the lad keep on the winning performance.... if win tonight, spurs need win the last 1 hoping gunners drop 3 points ...woody can be gone in the summer IMO.. 3rd place straight go to group stage. the 2 legs qualifying rounds looks easy but never easy ... opponents are those norway/romanian/russian champion ... if bad luck, might get those spanish/italian 4th place team like everton get villareal few seasons ago |

QUOTE(boxsystem @ May 6 2010, 04:46 PM) LOL ur siggy. to play in both CL and EPL, need quantity as well ... this to cope the fatigue after an away CL matches ...IMO, Spurs team members are good enough. Some of them already have CL experience, no? What is important is consistency .. that is what you lots showing in the league atm. If you could keep up and being consistent, you'll be challenging for the title. Lets hope Spurs will be in the Top 4 for many years to come. I always have a soft spot for Spurs. |

QUOTE(Styrroyds @ May 7 2010, 07:34 AM) i dont think there's any single team in EPL that is able to field their first 11. The difference was that we had very capable backups. i thought only 1 1st 11 for spurs is injured ?corluka at right back and reaplced by kaboul or is kranjcar a regular ? i thought the right winger is belongs to lennon ? but the turning point for spurs could be bale excellent form in the last few games which contribute a lot to beat chelsea and gunners. |

a very good result indeed, look at pavluchenko celebration after he scored ... young boy could have sealed the game 4-1 when at 3-1 spurs attack a lot and left the defence vulnerable ... only poor finishing from young boy make them paid ...
