modric is fine as left winger, but he will do better as a back up striker (ala nevded in juve, that why in january there is a rumours of juve interested in modric to replace nevded, ring a bell?)...modric is no ginola nor davids...period!

spurs still havent aplenty to do. the quality in the current squad is far off than the 2005/07 team who finished 5th.

harry redknapp is great at transfer market however not a great tactician...

we need central defender who can replace king, dawson is not consistent. (back then we have naybet and king)

we also need another defensive midfielder to replace palacios, zakora is not an option (remember carrick?)

we also need a good strike partner. hope roman and robbie can play together well.

We use to employ this formation in the 2 season (2005-2007) where we end up at 5th place, and yes we can rely on only palacios as we did in carrick before.

High points - Carling Cup Final, Harry's Magic Touch, Undefeated streak against top 4 (almost at least)

Low points - As usual, rubbish transfer market activity (why wait until the last minutes to make the deal? imagine where we will finish if we did get Arshavin?)

defoe look like he's wearing a GK kit.

I hope we can get somebody reputable in our attack, Luis Fabiano maybe?

big/small club is never an issue...for some its regularity in playing, for most its salary...remember ravenelli leave juve for boro (in his prime)?
