i'll be honest that i don't think we'll do much tonight. key players are being rested for the Hull game on Monday. a draw would be a great result.

Dun worry. After all your manager wants to win the carling cup rite. So he qualifies for the UEFA cup but at the same time he gets kick out of the UEFA cup. Good logic? Can you explain this logic to me?rclxub.gif

the logic is quite simple and makes the most sense. what are facts:

1) we do not have a deep squad
2) we are in an EPL relegation battle
3) we will never climb to top 6 this season to qualify for Europe via the league
4) Carling Cup champion automatically qualifies the team for Uefa Cup

Hence,

1) we will rest key players from all unnecessary matches except for EPL and Carling Cup final
2) with so many players cup-tied, our squad for the Uefa Cup matches is not the strongest
3) so, best to give up on Uefa Cup competiton and concentrate on EPL and Carling Cup Final
4) dropping to Championship League is NOT good for the club's finances.

Half time report : Hull 1 : Tottenham 1

hhhmmm... overall summary, we got 1 $16million pound headless striker whom made 2 fine runs, number of useless header and no shot on goal at all in the 1st half. so its like 11 Hull players vs 10 Spurs players.

Thank you Corluka for giving the corner tat lead to Hull's equalizer...

aaarrrggghhh wasted my morning watchin this game... let's hope for a better 2nd half n hope tat i wont zzz b4 the game end. sigh...

ill bump this topic up~
i gotta admit as an Arsenal fan, cant have our rivals winning all trophies this season
any form of defeat or upset for MU would be beneficial for us,whether it will affect their BPL/CL or not i guess it will not
but the very least theres something taken away from them
ill root for spurs tonight rclxms.gif
support you guys today, hate you guys tmr laugh.gif
