Ways of curing body acne? Back and chest area., anyone have effective ways?

anyone know anyway that can reduce / cure body acne?
really headache bout it  not just only the back of my body have it.. and also the chest area.. and is getting more and MORE please help.. oh ya.. and i heard of a soap that can cure.. cost around RM60.. and is light brown in colour.. any1 knew bout it?
