I'm a hotlink user... been contemplating to switch to digi. But I just activated hotlink365 last september.

1. I read somewhere that anyone who port to digi prepaid will get free 1 year active period. Is it true? I can't find the information anywhere in digi website.

2. How to activate the 1 year active period with digi? (unrelated to question no. 1) I heard it's just RM30 nowadays. No obligations to top up cumulative RMxx for a period of first 6 months?

Err... one more question...

I've been using iTalk with hotlink and it works just fine. But with my other number (happy) lately italk won't call back. It just display 'number busy' when i misscall the italk number (1-800-87-3636) and then just silence... No callback from italk.

Anyone using italk with digi having any problems? This is the utmost important as 90% of my calls are using iTalk...

Once you Switch to Digi prepaid. You'll be under the default plan Digi Prepaid I Like and you get 1 year long life activation (only applicable to those who ported in)

Under Digi Prepaid I like you can choose 1 from below
- Super Talk
- Super SMS
- Super FnF

Later on (once your validity has expired), if you plan to add the Super Long Life feature it'll be like below.
- Super Talk + Super Long Life
- Super SMS + Super Long Life
- Super FnF + Super Long Life
Remember, Super Long Life is just an additional feature to Super SMS, Talk, FnF
*
Just as I am 80% sure to port to digi... I had to know this... haiyya!!!

This means (in bold above) I can't subscribe to super FnF + super SMS + super long life all three at once?

1. If I subscribed to super FnF, what would be my sms rates to numbers out of FnF list... digi and other telcos?

2. Will I get the RM0.10 sms rate to all other telcos (out of FnF)if I subscribe to super FnF?

3. If i subscribe to super SMS... there will be no FnF for me?

Please, anyone in the know... these infos will determine whether i port to digi or stay with hotlink... thumbup.gif

ans to your 2nd sentence, nope...u can only subscribe for one plan once, but u are allow to change between plan once a month FOC, the subscription of the plan also FOC.

1. the most basic plan for DiGi prepaid i called DiGi prepaid I Like, this basic plan rate is 36sen/min call to any network, 10sen/sms, 20sen/mms to any networks with no conditions, that is the most basic plan. on top of the basic plan, DiGi added 4 types of extra plan for DiGi prepaid I Like user to even more saving where user can choose which ever plan that suit them the most.

2. yup , that is the standard plan rate for SMS, 10sen/sms to any network

3. nope. 11 number FnF still apply even u subscribed one of the 4 extra plan (Super sms,SuperFnF....), because FnF is the standard package for all DiGi prepaid. but dont confused with SuperFnF, where if u choose this plan, u can add 4 more number which is from other networks number (including fixed line), which u'll have total of 15 numbers in your FnF, where u can call them for 15sen/min.

clear?? laugh.gif

Thanks for your kind reply... Now it is getting more clear...

/me still contemplating... superFnF is great... but i don't think I can use up the allocations for 11 digi numbers... But still, 10 sen SMS to other telcos is tempting...
