Yea, expecting it by early next year. Once they get their 3G running,  no more reason for people to switch to other operator.
The only reason to switch is no signal in your area. Especially in Bandar Utama.

Depends on which package you subscribe.
If you subscribe to the biggest package, you pay the lowest for the phone.

Reload RM 10 can last for one month.
Else, you spend RM 30.00 for Super Long Life then you have 365 validity, then not need to top up every month. smile.gif

This is the right option for those super low users. thumbup.gif

guys wanna ask who have ported their number do u guys face problem like from international call number appear as +0126582982222 i was a hotlink customer before i am facing this problem with all my international calls even i made a report but seems like Digi Customer service is not giving me a answer for it even i made followup calls.. Any suggestion...
*
It could be the other country telco tied up with Maxis on international calls.
If the other country telco tied up with Digi on international calls, you might get the correct caller id on your phone.

i want to know if my friends call my digi postpaid number and it is diverted to my hotlink line, how will they charge the call? say like my friends are using digi... the call will be consider as digi to digi or digi to hotlink?
*
Your friends Digi call your Digi = Digi to Digi.
Your Digi divert to your Hotlink = Digi to Hotlink (your Digi will pay for this divert call).

Sub line call main line = Digi to Digi (free)
Your main line divert to Hotlink = You pay for the call from Digi to Hotlink.
That means your sub line call you is free but you pay for the call when you received the call on your Hotlink number.

OCS you can reset ur password mah..

Call the hotline is an alternative method to obtain ur PUK
Last would be to go to a DiGi Centre/Customer Service
*
Yeah, after he reset his password in OCS, it will send a new password to his mobile phone. Since his mobile phone is already locked, how to retrieve the new password?
The best solution is to call Customer Service to get the PUK.

Thanks guys - decided with DG20. Digi postpaid activation from prepaid to postpaid is sure fast!! Exact 24 hours - 5pm today.

I hope I don't get charged under PAYU for my unlimited data plan cos the CS advised me only use the service 24 hours after activation. But my specialised shop said it's ok can use already. How true in these?

Digi's EDGE is blistering fast on my phone!! More than enough..can surf lowyat.net with no probs with graphics.
with a qwerty keypad, touchscreen , bigger screen -> sure make everything easier ..

Forgot to ask about F&F -

Can we include our sub line into F&F for Family basic - to get double discount?
*
Make sure you understand their DG20 plan and the rest of the DG** plans.
DG20 plan - monthly subscription is RM20.
Every call you make is chargable.

DG50 plan - monthly committment fee is RM50.
Every call you make is deducted from the RM50 until RM0.
If more calls were made after that, you pay as you use.
That mean RM50 + RM15.

Let's say I am on DG50, and I subscribe to a data plan (for example RM22 for 8mb).

Is my minimum bill now RM72/month?

Or does the RM22 come out of the RM50 commitment, leaving me RM28 for calls and SMS before I hit the RM50?
*
Yes, RM72 + whatever tax.
Voice plan and data plan are two different thing.

Her account is the principal line with one subline (which she gave to me to use, but cancelled later cos I didn't use it).  Now she wants to switch her principal line, but still could not because Celcom said the termination of the subline (which she had terminated a couple of months ago) will take 3 months before it is fully terminated. Already call celcom CS about this a few time, every operator different answers..so difficult la.
*
What a funny excuse. If it is temporary terminated, does it means that you can recover that number to use?

That is why they call it commitment fee.
You are committed to use/pay RM50 per month.

If you use RM10, you pay RM50.
If you use RM49, you pay RM50.
If you use RM80, you pay RM80.
