is it that if i am on digi family package, i am a supplementary line, my caller tunes is not counted in the rm30?

About the postpaid, is it that if like i am on 1 Family, if my monthly usage only rm10, then i only pay rm10? Becos my gf said the bill there say she need to pay only rm40 include the 1st time charges, since she got put rm50 deposit, the balance there is -rm10. She is on digi50 btw.
